Safe at Home Program-Apply for Home Repairs

Through our Safe at Home Program, we provide no-cost preventive home modifications for individuals with mobility challenges and other disabilities. Our goal is to improve accessibility, reduce falls, increase independence, and support aging in place by modifying home environments to meet the specific needs of low-income older adults.

Our Safe at Home Services program focuses on:

• Critical home repairs to eliminate safety hazards
• Fall prevention strategies to minimize risks inside and outside the home
• Accessibility modifications to support mobility and independence
• Fire prevention measures to reduce the risk of injury from fire or smoke
